The Aviation Industry Corporation of China, Ltd. (AVIC) was founded on November 6th, 2008 through the restructuring and consolidation of the China Aviation Industry Corporation Ι(AVIC Ι)and the China Aviation Industry Corporation ΙΙ (AVIC ΙΙ).
